top 4 common mistakes when making fried chicken

1. people waste money on a deep frier because thry think thats the only way they can make it. you can get a regular skillet thats big enough to hold the chicken and just let the oil heatup to 350 degrees and drop the chicken in.

2. people are sometimes scared to put the oil on a high level of heat because it will splatter eveywhere  or become a hazard but that is not the case, you just cannot allow the oil to sit for too long or then it will become a hazard but besides that it will be fine.

3. people make the mistake of after they are done frying the chicken that they will put it on a paper towl. that is a bad idead because if you do that the more you think your letting the chicken cool down the more the chicken will get soggy and nobody likes soggy chicken.

4. make sure that your chicken isnt cold when you take it out of the freezer let it become room tempeature and then drop it into the hot oil, this will hep the chicken fry and cooke evenly and let all the seasoing and extra stuff you put on your chicken mix correctly.
